Cascadia Barn Designs was created to make unique, custom (BESPOKE!) architectural plans available to Everyman at an affordable price. Our buildings are being built on 160 acre ranches, hobby farms and 600 square foot urban backyards. We offer a continually expanding boutique catalogue of custom building plans that presents property owners – especially those with sophisticated taste but limited budget – with interesting, utile, easily constructed building plans that are EXTRA-ordinary!

We recognize that one size does not fit all. Many of our designs have been built, some have not. We believe that all of our designs have broad appeal but understand that our customers are individuals with unique situations and requirements.
This means that at times it will be necessary to customize a given design to create a truly bespoke building, one that fits an individual Owner’s unique set of circumstances. Thus our shop is literally a boutique where one-of-a-kind buildings are created.
WHAT IS A BARN?

Traditionally, a barn is an agricultural structure that houses livestock, grain (feed) and farming / ranching equipment. Cascadia Barn Designs we are expanding that definition to a more modernist approach that includes virtually all Out-Buildings in both rural and urban settings. This can mean a Polebarn (“The One and Done”) of almost any size, but it can also be a Barn Home or “Barndominium”, a Man Cave or a She Shed, a Custom Home or Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), and even Storage Sheds and Chicken Coops.
